Crowned by Ivana offers three standard sizes for all pre-order units. All Ready to Ship units are made with a medium cap. Cap sizes are determined according to head circumference only

Small - 20/21 inch circumference

Medium - 22-22.5 inch circumference

Large - 23 inch circumference

If you fall between cap sizes, size up, as all of our units come with elastic bands and adjustable straps.
