Refunds
Due to the nature of the products we offer, all sales are final unless an error has been made with your order (ie. wrong texture). To be eligible for a refund in this case, please return your unit with the lace uncut and the unit completely intact. Please ensure that you have selected the correct head circumference prior to purchasing. Before checking out, you are required to confirm that you are aware of all policies and processing times, thus it is crucial that these policies are read prior to finalizing your order.

Processing Times
Processing times are listed within the details under each unit. Expect a processing time of 10-17 business days for pre-order wigs, unless specified otherwise. Ready to Ship processing times are 1-5 business days. Processing times are not part of the shipping time.
Shipping
We are not in control of packages once the courier has received them. We are unable to ship to Post Offices and P.O Boxes at this time.
- Shipping to the UK: 3-5 business days
- Shipping to Canada and the US: 5-7 business days
International customers, please be aware that your country’s customs fees may apply to your order.
Lost/ Stolen Items
While we understand the frustration, we are not responsible for lost/stolen items once your package has been shipped. If you will not be home at the estimated delivery time, please reach out to your postal office to have the package held until you are available to pick it up. In the case of a lost item, we will do everything in our power to ensure that your package gets to you.
